Reconciliation and Settlement
Our Solution provides interfaces for Customers and Merchants. Each interface allows different functionality for the users. Merchants are able to generate static and dynamic QR codes for transactions and other essential features with the solution so that customers can pay using these methods as their payment option. Customers are able to add and pay using their VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, CUP cards and local accounts
Built-in eKYC module will help the financial institutions to perform KYC through multiple phases of document submission, video eKYC, bio-metrics etc..
Back Office is the Merchant Management Module that can be used to define all the merchants that will connect to the system. Merchant IDs and Merchant Category Codes are also assigned through this module. Once a merchant is registered, all merchant related fees and limits can be configured. Furthermore, Merchant Discount Rates (MDR) can also be defined through Back Office.
Backoffice module also supports customer onboarding (account opening) and account management.

Reconciliation and Settlement is the Transaction Settlement, Reconciliation, and Dispute Management Module. The module will do an automatic processing of the files and provide Matched and Unmatched reports for the bank user to take action against. This module can be used to conduct reconciliation work with networks such as VISA, Mastercard etc..
Reports is a module used by other modules to generate reports. It can be configured to generate reports in multiple reporting formats.
Alerts can be configured to send SMS and email notifications and the alerts to the corresponding parties. SMS and email gateways will be interfaced to communicate SMS and emails, respectively
